This is the white pearl of our vinegrowing region, the fruit of famous Chardonnay. In it are rich tropical fruit, blossom and citrus aromas. Beaujolais Blanc, with its golden glints, can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with starters, savoury pastries, fish and cheese.

Vinification
Harvesting at peak ripeness allows us to make the most of all the aromas and flavours Chardonnay can give. Its 40-day alcoholic fermentation gives it an alcohol content of around 12.5 degrees, it then goes through 100% malo-lactic fermentation.
Maturing, bottling and tasting notes
Carried out at the château by me in bottles and wine boxes. Maturing on fine lees for five months in the vat before bottling gives this wine a full, long-lasting mouthfeel. The, very Chardonnay, attack includes the blossom and cinnamon flavours that make its reputation.
